If you'd like to schedule an appointment outside of normal office hours (in case of an emergency or for other reasons), please call or email our office directly, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Make sure you click on the “Time Zone” button when you book.
Once you book your initial appointment, we ask you to fill out two forms that are coming inside your confirmation email. Please click the links in the confirmation email to complete the forms before our meeting.
